Heating
Our company employs the most advance walking beam natural gas heating furnace to heat billet steels. The temperature inside the furnace reaches to 1150-1250℃. Infrared Thermometer is used to automatically control and adjust the temperature. After heating, the billet steels are pushed out by pushing device.

Rolling
Our company possess two Φ650 rolling production line. Annual production capacity of is 20,000 tons. The main standards our products comply with are US, RU and AU standards.

Cooling and straightening
The rolled parts are cooled to below 80℃ by the cooling machine, then straightened by the straightening machine.

2nd heating
The purpose of 2nd heating is to improve the mechanical properties of base plates by quenching. The temperature after 2nd heating reaches to about 900℃.

Cooling
When the base plates are cooled to room temperature, they will be packaged by workers and put into storage. Cooling water tank will ensure the temperature of the cooling process.

We are equipped with full set of inspection facilities. We take 1 sample from 1000 rolled base plates, make test bars and test the mechanical properties.
